Pastor James Kip Farrar
Pastor Kip and his bride Wendy are blessed to be the parents of six children. Though he grew up in Church, he lived a rebellious life until in the spring of 1998 when, at the age of 25 God saved him. Shortly after, he enrolled at Crossroads Bible College so that he could be better equipped to serve in his local Church. It was here that God progressively drew him into ministry. In 2005 he was called to Madison Ave. Baptist Church as interim pastor. In 2007, he was called as the Senior Pastor of Madison Ave. Baptist Church, which in April of 2014 became Aletheia Church. He is a graduate of Crossroads Bible College (B.A. Church Education, summa cum laude) and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.Div. in Apologetics.

He grew up in church, trusting Christ at the age of 13 at a military chapel in Novato, California. In addition to preaching at Aletheia Church, David serves as outreach and evangelism coordinator, be it street ministry, door to door outreach, or helping coordinate the media ministry. He is married to Helene, his wife for over 25 years, who he met at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO, in 1996. Together they have five children and one grandchild.
